The Randal “Doc” James Racetrack consisted of a new casino with remodeling and upgrades to the existing Racetrack. The scope of services included mechanical, plumbing and fire protection system design for the new casino building and horse racetrack, horse stalls, and ancillary buildings and lighting for the new grandstand.
