South Terminal Expansion was an expansion of the 900,000 square foot airport terminal with an estimated cost of construction at $1.1 billion. This included complete plumbing and fire protection for a multi-level terminal facility. Scope of services included engineering design of fire protection, plumbing for public restrooms, complex roofing structure, roof drainage piping system with overflow drainage, and sanitary collection systems of the terminal building.
