St. Thomas Airport was a remodeling and upgrade of the existing terminal. Scope of services included the preparation of reports for value engineering and constructability analysis. V2E Global led the team for the Life Cycle analysis of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems of the facility to evaluate best cost/benefit for systems to be included in design. Also responsible for the quality control of the MEP/FP plans for STT.
