DEFG&H Wraps was a design and renovation of the Miami International Airport to enhance the old terminal, provide additional gates, demolish the old hotel, and design a new hotel. Although the construction design was completed, the construction was placed on hold indefinitely. Scope of services included field verification of existing areas to be remodeled, the design of plumbing and fire protection systems, the coordination and implementation of Life Safety Master Plan, and relocation of natural gas lines on the roof. Additionally, the design and coordination of utilities (water, sewer and storm) for a 3-story building addition at the airport, and coordination of utilities with civil engineering at the airport apron level was included.
