Miami Intermodal Center, also known as the MIC, is a 4,000,000 square foot parking facility intended to consolidate the location of various rental car providers serving Miami International Airport. This is the first facility in the world with 120 multilevel fueling stations, car washing stations, office spaces, and general parking. As the Engineer of Record, Mr. Valderrama’s scope of services included engineering design of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection for the development of engineering drawings and construction administration services.
